 NFL Pool Overview

  • 4 NFL Pool Formats [Admin Fees]

  •
    • "Pick The Winner" - The Most popular and basic NFL Pool. Each week during the regular season, pool players will select who they feel will win each game being played. Each correct pick will be awarded with point(s) which are tallied each week and throughout the season.

    • "Pick with Confidence" - This pool adds another level of complexity and excitement! Each week during the regular season, pool players will select who they feel will win each game being played. Each correct pick will be awarded with point(s) which are tallied each week and throughout the season. In addition, the player will assign each pick confidence points. "Confidence points" are a way for the players to rank their picks based on their level of confidence.

Example:  Players will assign the top number of confidence points to the game they feel MOST confident in getting right. They will assign a confidence point value for the all the games each week. Based on the pool's setup, "Confidence points" can either be added for correct pick (option 1), subtracted for incorrect picks (option 2), or both (option 3).

    • "Elimination" (Survivor/Loser) - This pool requires the least amount of dedication and is fun for everyone! Each week during the regular season, pool players (that have not been "eliminated") will select one team that they feel will win or lose that week. Picking a winner or loser is based on the pool setup. A correct pick of a winning/losing team will enable the player to advance to the next week.

Based on the pool's setup the pool will be "Single", "Double" or "Triple" Elimination (missing one, two or three picks eliminates that player). This pool continues until one person is left or the season runs out! This pool format is also known as: survivor, loser, suicide, last man standing, etc.

    • "Super Squares" - A "Super Squares" pool consists of a 10 x 10 grid (100 squares) where each row and column are assigned a number from 0 to 9. Players can select one or more squares on the grid until all squares are taken. Based on the pool's scoring options (quarterly, half-time and final, or final only), one or more squares may be winners. Winning squares are choosen by looking at the last digit of both teams' scores and then using those numbers to determine the winning square on the grid..
